Dr. Jeff Healy is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon based in Aiea, just outside of Honolulu, proudly serving patients across Oahu, Hawai‘i. A former military surgeon, Dr. Healy dedicated 23 years to serving in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Reserves as a general surgeon, plastic surgeon, and flight surgeon. Rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he retired with honor, proud to have worn the uniform and served his country.
More than just a skilled surgeon, Dr. Healy is a devoted husband, father, neighbor, and active community volunteer. As the founder of the Healy Healthcare Foundation, Dr. Healy invests in the future of local healthcare by awarding an annual scholarship to a Hawai‘i student pursuing a career in medicine. He’s also spent decades volunteering on international medical missions with organizations providing life-changing surgical care across Asia, including the Philippines, India, China, and Malaysia.
Locally, Dr. Healy serves as the volunteer team doctor for Kapolei High School and holds a faculty appointment as an associate professor at the University of Hawai‘i medical school, mentoring the next generation of physicians with the same calm presence he brings to his own patients.
